摘要
目的探讨奥瑞姆护理模式对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法选择本院80例糖尿病患者分为两组,观察组给予奥瑞姆护理模式,比较两组患者遵医行为。结果观察组在遵医服药、饮食、主动咨询率、按时复诊率方面都优于对照组。结论奥瑞姆护理模式是患者易于接受的一种护理模式,它满足了患者的健康需求,帮助患者提高遵医行为的自觉性,增进了护患关系,并使整体护理质量得到了进一步提高。
Objective To explore the effect of Orem Model applied in perceived compliance for diabetes patients. Methods 80 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups. The patients In the experimental group received Orem Model service. Then, the patients ~ compliance was compared between experimental group and control group. Results The patients＇eompliance with medication, diet and exercise, in experimental group were better than that control group. Conclusion Clinical nursing path is a convenient and economic means of health education,which not only can meet the patients＇health needs and improve patients＇compliance, but also can facilitate nurse-client relationship, ensure patients＇ further consultation and improve the quality of holistic nursing.
