肝脏局灶性结节性增生的诊断与治疗

Focal nodular hyperplasia of the diagnosis and treatment

目的探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的的临床诊断与治疗方法。方法总结本院2002年至2008年诊治的7例肝局灶性结节性增生病例并结合文献进行分析和探讨。结果全部患者均行手术治疗,术前确诊2例,疑是原发性肝癌3例,疑是肝细胞腺瘤1例,疑是肝血管瘤1例。无术后并发症和手术死亡率。全部病例术后病理诊断均为肝局灶性结节性增生。结论肝局灶性结节性增生术前确诊目前困难,积极稳妥的手术切除是主要的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the focal nodular hyperplasia of the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods In our hospital from 2002 to 2008 diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia cases and literature analysis and discussion. Results Of all patients had surgical treatment, the preoperative diagnosis in 2 cases, suspected in 3 cases of primary liver cancer, liver cell adenoma is suspected in 1 case, the suspect was 1 case of hepatic hemangioma. No post-operative complications and mortality. All cases of pathological diagnosis of liver focal nodular hyperplasia. Conclusion Focal nodular hyperplasia preoperative diagnosis is currently difficult to secure a positive surgical resection is the main treatment.
