生活方式的干预对代谢综合征转归的影响 被引量:1

Effect of life-style intervention on recovery of metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的了解减重、低盐饮食、戒烟、增加运动量、进行健康教育、戒酒等生活方式干预对代谢综合征转归的影响。方法将200例代谢综合征患者随机分为减重组(n=100)和非减重组(n=100),两组均给予健康教育、戒烟、戒酒、低盐(<6g/d)饮食等生活方式干预,减重组明确要求患者增加运动量,低脂饮食,减轻体质量。非减重组则没有明确要求患者减轻体质量。测定患者干预前和干预后半年BMI、腰臀比、BP、FPG、2hPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、血尿酸等指标,经行对比分析。结果两组均明显改善,减重组较非减重组改善更为明显,减重组患者的BMI、腰臀比、BP、FPG、2hPG、TC、LDL-C、TG等指标明显低于非减重组(P<0.05)。结论生活方式的干预可以明显改善代谢综合征患者的各项指标,促进其恢复健康,而减重则更加有利于代谢综合征患者的康复。 Objective To examine the effect of life-style intervention (weight loss,low-sah diet, quit smoking et al) on recovery of metabolic syndrome. Methods 200 MS patients were divided into weight loss group and no weight loss group, examine the index (BMI, BP, FPG et al)of pre-intervention and post-intervention in two groups. Results The index of two groups both get better obviously, weight loss group better than no weight loss group(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Life-style intervention can modify the index of MS patients obviously, accelerate patients' recovery, and weight loss more benefit the rehabilitation of MS patients.
