摘要
文章综述了立体定向脑外科手术当前的主要进展,包括磁共振功能成像、纤维束成像、血管造影和脑图谱的叠加以及计算机和虚拟现实结合和干细胞移植等新的立体定向外科手术技术和应用,接着对手术计划中医学图像处理技术和相关软件的新发展做了阐述。文章集中阐述了立体定向脑外科手术中的纤维束跟踪成像技术、脑图谱叠加技术和干细胞移植技术的运用和发展。最后总结并指出该领域的发展方向。
This Paper surveyed the new process in stereotactic brain surgery system including fMRI, tractography, angiography and the brain atlas overlaying, further described the latest stereotactic surgery techniques and application: combination of computer and virtual reality, the analysis of magnetoencephalography, stell cell transplantion and so on. Then, we depicted the new development of medical image processing and the related software in operation planning system. This paper focused on the use and development of fibers tracking, the brain atlas overlaying and cell transplantion in the stereotactic brain surgery technology. In the end, we summarized this paper and pointed out some directions for future research.
