Research on the Preload Technology of Bearings Based on Linear Regression

通过对某轴承总成进行力学分析,确定了轴承预紧力矩关于螺母拧紧力矩的线性回归方程,提出了基于线性回归的轴承预紧技术,从而有效地提高了雷达轴承的装配质量。

By analyzing the load of a bearing assembly, the regression function between nut tighten torque and bearings preload torque is confirmed. The bearings preload technology based on linear regression is offered for enhancing efficiently the assembly quality of radar bearings.
