摘要
在研究采用单元制造系统制造与传统企业内部生产本质区别的基础上,提出了基于多智能体的制造单元控制功能图,并描述了各功能块之间的数据流的输入与输出关系。在制造单元控制系统中,协同制造任务功能模块完成制造任务下达计划。由于资源的独立性及制造任务的分解、分配问题,合理解决制造任务冲突和资源分配问题是正确下达制造任务的关键。因此,文中提出了一种基于多智能体结构的制造任务分解、分配方法,实现了一个基于多智能体结构的制造任务分解原型系统。
Based on analyzing essential difference between unit manufacturing and traditional enterprise inside producing,the functional graph of the multi-agent manufacturing unit is put foreward, which describes the relations of output and input data among all kinds of the functional models. The collaborative manufacturing task model plays a planning role on the manufacturing task. For the resourse independence and some problems of manufacturing task decomposition, it is the key to deal with the issue reasonably between task conflictions and resource allocation. So the paper provides task decomposition technology of collaborative manufacturing and prototype system on multi-agent.
