摘要
主要介绍了手动编程在多轴槽类加工中的应用,着重论述了在柱面上加工凸轮槽时,中心线为圆弧与直线的相切连接的两种宏程序编制方法,并总结出了两种编程方法所使用的共同依据弧长转换角度的公式。
This paper mainly introduces the manual programming in the multi-axis machining of trough, focuses on two methods of programming macro program in can grooving on the cylinder while the centerline is tangent to the arc, and summed up a formula which transforms angle according to the length of the arc, this formula is used in both manual programming.
