Based on the research of the integration process of the CAD/CAPP/PPS in the concurrency environment, the article apply the theory of the blackboard control to the computer-aided process planning in the concurrent environment, and design the process of process planning in the concurrent environment. It realizes the concurrence of process and integration of the information in the phases during the course of the process planning in the concurrent environment.
