摘要
针对高精度、低表面粗糙度、高硬度凸轮难以加工问题,设计出在平面磨床上磨削凸轮的装置,该装置采用液压控制,保证了凸轮在磨削过程中的进给均匀;主体部分采用斜面齿条来保证凸轮的升程。
In view of the difficulties of processing cams with high accuracy, low surface roughness and high degree of hardness, the paper designs a device to grind cams on the surface grinding machine. This device uses the hydraulic control, to guarantee the cam being fed evenly in the grinding process. The main body uses the incline rack to guarantee the lift of the cam.
