摘要
分析了采用毛纺设备生产精纺羊绒纱造成纱线制成率偏低的原因。指出在前纺及细纱工序中由于对短纤维控制不好,导致精纺羊绒纱的综合制成率偏低,造成生产成本较高。阐述了通过优选工艺流程、工艺参数,控制主要工序消耗,不同品种、不同用户采用不同的控制方法,回梳回理等取得了很大成效。实验及生产实践表明,精纺羊绒纱综合制成率从76.42%提高到80.01%,为企业创造了可观的经济效益。
