摘要
毛衣加工过程中洗水、染色、印花等工序废水排放存在水量不均衡,水中有机物浓度、色度较高等问题。介绍了"厌氧酸化-接触氧化-混凝沉淀"组合工艺处理该废水的基本流程,主要构筑物的工艺尺寸及附属设施,工程一次性投资,废水处理成本以及出水水质等内容;分析了工艺的设计、运行情况;总结了该工艺在运行中具有能耗小,处理成本低,污染物去除效率高等特点,经处理后的出水水质可以达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准要求,并指出该工艺值得在该行业废水治理工程中推广。
There was existing problems that wastewater discharge was variable in the process of sweatersmaking, such as wool washing, dyeing and printing and it was a kind of wastewater with high concentration of organics and high chromaticity. The paper introduced the process flow, process dimension of primary building, subsidiary facilities, construction one-time investment, treatment cost, yielding water quality of the anaerobic acidification - contact oxidation - coagulating sedimentation that was used to treat the wastewater. The design and operation of the process were analyzed and it summarized characteristics that the treatment system had the advantage of low energy consumption, low treatment cost and high contamination removal efficiency and effluent could comply with the Class A of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and put forward that this process was worth spread in this industry.
