羊绒初加工喂入系统的开发与研究

Development and research on the early feeding of the cashmere processing

针对维信(临河)羊绒公司的羊绒初加工喂入系统,依据该公司车间面积和公司已有旧机械以及目前市场上易购部件对其进行重新设计改装。其中利用喂毛帘、角钉斜帘、输毛帘和风筒在地下构建喂入装置,排杂也在地下使用脚轮的设计,除杂使用旋风分离器。全系统由4台电动机集中控制,该系统进一步改善了羊绒的喂入均匀程度,除杂效果大大提高,并改善了尘土飞扬的工厂环境,降低了工人的工作强度,车间可由原来的4个劳动力减为1个,为企业降低了生产成本。

This article aims at the early feeding of the Viction＇ s cashmere processing. We make modifications to the original design based on the company＇ s area of the workshop, old machines and the elements that is easy to buy. The feeding device which is made up by the villus bucketis and fan drum is under the ground, as well as the slag-discharge that is using the technology about the worm wheel. Through the modifications, the feeding uniform of the wool and the bad environment of the factory is improved, especially we can further reduce the work intensity. The workforees can be reduced from four to one.
