摘要 电厂湿法脱硫工程大量投入使用,脱硫石膏综合利用越来越引起重视,如何合理资源化利用是电力环保产业亟待解决的问题。在对脱硫石膏理化分析的基础上,结合天然石膏、磷石膏生产硫酸联产水泥工艺技术,提出脱硫石膏循环经济的利用模式,并对脱硫石膏制硫酸联产水泥的途径进行研究分析。只有考虑脱硫石膏资源化循环合理利用方式,建立大型工业化循环经济园区,才能有效地解决脱硫石膏堆放占用场地问题,还能带来一定的循环经济效益。 With the large utilization and investment of wet flue gas desulphurization in power plants, the comprehensive utilization of desulphurization gypsum have attracted more and more attention, and how to utilize reasonably is become a problem to solve urgently in the electricity environmental protection industry. According to the physical and chemical analysis of desulphurization gypsum and process engineering for sulfuric acid and cement co-production of nature gypsum and phosphogypsum, the utilization patterns of desulphurization gypsum circular economy are put forward, and the method to co-product sulfuric acid and cement by using desulphurization gypsum is analyzed. It is necessary to study the reasonable utilization patterns for the desulphurization gypsum arid to rebuild large industrialization recycling economic zone to solve the problem about depositing desulphurization gypsum, which can bring great economic benefits.
