摘要 随着电力工业自动化程度的提高,变电站中的电缆连接数量大幅增多,电缆、光纤、数据线等敷设混乱、可追溯性差,电气二次设备运行后,电缆任何一芯的可靠性要求都很高,检修、扩建、故障影响面很大,电缆敷设之前的科学排列是目前变电站施工急待解决的质量技术瓶颈之一。西宁750kV变电站创新采用电缆"节点立体交叉"排列敷设方法,提高电缆敷设施工效率、质量,达到全站电缆沟、涵洞、路基内无交叉,合理布置电缆密集敷设时电缆的载流能力,避免电缆密集敷设时温度过高,提高电缆敷设工艺观感,电缆敷设达到科学合理布置,电缆敷设一次性施工完毕,使电缆敷设施工周期缩短,电缆施工完毕后可追溯性强;电缆敷设在检修、扩建施工中方便简捷,确保变电站安全经济运行。 Along with the raise of power industrial automation level, there are more and more cable connections in substation, and the cable laying such as optical cable and data line etc. becomes confused. Because the requirements of reliability for any core of cable are very high after the operation of secondary electrical equipment, the overhaul, expansion and fault of cable has great influence on cable operation, which makes scientific arrangement of cable before cable laying a technical bottleneck to be solved for present substation construction. The cable laying method "crossover arrangement of cable node" was adopted in Xining 750 kV substation, which raised the efficiency and quality of cable laying construction, realized the un-crossover of cable completely in cable chute, culvert and roadbed of station, arranged the cable current ability reasonably and avoided high temperature of cable when the cable laying was densified, and improved the cable laying technology. The method also made the cable laying a scientific and reasonable arrangement, and once-through construction of cable laying, which realized the short period of cable laying construction, convenient and simple of cable laying in overhaul and expansion construction, and ensured the safe and economic operation of substation.
