摘要 为保证750kV超高压输变电工程顺利投运和安全运行,排除高压电气设备安装中可能存在的隐患,对800kV气体绝缘(GIS)断路器现场交流耐压试验中发生的气体绝缘破坏原因进行分析,根据检测、分析,逐步排除,认定导电性异物浮游到屏蔽罩表面是造成绝缘破坏的原因,提出制作全密封式防尘棚、完善出厂和现场质量检查工艺及常规试验后分合50次重新进行内检等措施,以供将来日渐增多的变电站调试和运行维护参考。 In order to ensure the commissioning and safety operation of 750 kV power transmission and transformation project, and exclude the hidden danger that may exist during high-voltage electrical equipment installation, the causes of gas-insulated failure of 800 kV GIS circuit breakers were analyzed, which happened in AC withstand voltage tests. According to detection, analysis, and gradually exclusion, it was identified that the pieces with electrical conductivity, which floated on the surface of the shielded enclosure, were the main cause of the gas insulation failure. Moreover, some measures were presented as references for the commissioning and operation of substations, such as adopting totally enclosed dust-proof shed, improving the quality inspection techniques on site, and internal rechecking after connection and disconnection for 50 times, etc..
