摘要
介绍了浙江电力95598呼叫中心通信平台现状和现有网络存在的不足,重点分析了通信平台的功能要求、技术体制、拓扑设计、容灾设计等内容,对IPCC和常规程控交换机的优缺点进行了比较,提出基于IPCC的呼叫中心通信平台的建设方案,并探讨了通信平台的话音接入、中继计算、设备配置,为电力呼叫中心的建设提供了参考。
The article introduces the current situation of communication platform of 95598 call center in Zhejiang Electric Power Company and the shortcomings of the existing network. It analyses the functions, technical mechanism, topology, disaster recovery, makes a comparison on both the advantages and disadvantages of IPCC and PBX, and puts forward the construction scheme of communication platform based on IPCC. The voice access, trunk capacity calculation and equipment configurations are also discussed in the paper. It has a reference value for the construction of electric power call center.
