浅谈浙南山区农村饮水安全工程的运行管理

Discussion about the operation management of rural drinking water project in southern mountain area of Zhejiang province

结合浙南山区景宁县农村饮水安全工程建设管理的实践,分析了农村饮水工程建设和管理中存在的问题,介绍了浙南山区农村饮水工程建立长效运行的机制和管理方法。实践证明,发动饮水受益户等参与工程建设监督管理,能有效保障农村饮水安全工程效益的发挥。

Based on the practice in Jingning county, Zhejiang province, this paper presented the long-term mechanism and management method of rural water drinking projects in the mountain area of Zhejiang province, and analyzed the problem existing in the construction and management of rural drinking water project. It＇s proved by the practice that the benefit of rural water drinking project can be ensured with the drinking water stakeholder participating in the su- pervision of the project construction.
