本文回顾了矿业权统一配号实施之前,我国矿业权审批登记管理基本情况及存在的问题;着重分析了矿业权实施统一配号以来,我国矿业权管理所取得的积极成效;同时为进一步完善矿业权统一配号制度,提出了相关政策建议。

This paper reviews the basic situation and problems of examination,approval and registration of mining rights in China before the enforcement of assignment of uniformed number of mining rights,emphatically analyzes the positive results of the management of mining rights after the enforcement of enforcement of assignment of uniformed number of mining rights and puts forward the policy suggestion for improving the system of assignment of uniformed number of mining rights.
