资源绿色开采需要实现资源开采与环境的相互协调,浅埋煤层露井联采技术的一系列优点使其成为实现浅埋资源绿色开采的关键。两种开采模式的相互干扰,会导致露井联采矿井产生一系列新的技术问题。如何充分发挥露天与井工开采技术的优势互补,同时将两种开采模式的相互干扰最小化是露井联采技术实施过程中需要解决的问题。通过对露井联采矿井中一系列关键问题的解决,保证了平朔矿区多个露井联采矿井的安全、高效生产,取得了较好的效果。

Green mining needs coordination of mining and environmental protection,a series of advantages of open-underground mining make it the key to realize the shallow seam resource green mining.Two kinds of mining pattern＇s mutual interference will cause a series of new technical problems.How to make complementary advantages of open-pit and shaft mining,simultaneously minimizing the mutual interference is a problem needed to solve in open-underground mining.In order to guarantee several open-underground mine＇s safety mining and achieve good results,we have taken effective measures to solve a series of key problems.
