猪GPR54基因克隆与序列分析 被引量:1

摘要 从苏姜猪的下丘脑中提取组织总RNA,根据GenBank中猪GPR54 mRNA全序列设计引物,用反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)进行cD-NA扩增,获得一条528 bp的片段,克隆于pGEM-TEasy载体后进行测序,并进行序列分析。结果表明:该片段为GPR54基因的cDNA,它由528个核苷酸组成,编码172个氨基酸,分子量为18.714 ku,经序列分析显示,猪GPR54基因序列与其他物种间同源性低,但种内同源性比较高,该序列和已发表猪的基因序列同源性100%。
