摘要
对于惯性导航仪表中的微型弹性扭杆,其回转母线上的过渡圆角不容忽视,按照材料力学上等截面圆柱扭转理论计算的刚度系数,存在较大的误差。基于变截面圆柱扭转理论,推导了带过渡几何圆角微型扭杆的刚度系数的计算公式,并探讨了圆角的大小对于计算结果的影响。数值计算的结果验证了所推导解析式的正确性和精确性。算例表明:不考虑过渡圆角的影响产生17%的误差,而采用该文给出的公式进行计算产生的误差在0.1%以内。
For the micro torsion bar used in inertial navigation, significant errors are often induced in the torsion rigidity calculation using the twist theorem of prismatic bars, because the transitional fillet of the revolving generatrix can not be neglected. Based on the twist theorem of bars with variant section, this paper deduces the analytical expression for the torsion rigidity of the micro torsion bar with the transitional fillet. Then, the influence of the fillet dimension on the calculated result is investigated. Finally, the accuracy and validity of the deduced expression is verified by a numerical example. It shows that the error drops to less than 0.1% from 17% considering the fillet's effect.
