摘要
针对建立车身CAD模型时手工建立车身梁之间的过渡区域非常复杂的问题,为了提高建模的效率,在UG/NX6上开发了一个智能化的工具.首先对梁截面各端点进行排序;然后通过计算投影角度的大小确定桥接顺序,并按起点对应终点的方法确定桥接关系;最后自动创建桥接曲线及过渡区域.以建立车身侧围过渡区域为例,验证了该工具的高效性.
When the CAD model of a car body is established, it is very complex to create the transitional zone among the beams by manual mode. In order to improve the efficiency of the modeling, an intelligent tool is developed on UG/NX6 platform. First, the endpoints of sections of the beams are ordered. Then the bridge curves order is fixed by calculating the projection angle, and the bridge relation is determined by pairing the starting point to the terminal point. Finally, the bridge curves and transitional zone are automatically created. An example of modeling the side wall of the car body is given to verify the efficiency of the tool.
