我国南方红壤区CDM造林再造林项目实证研究——以千烟洲生态试验站为例 被引量:7

An Empirical Study on Afforestation and Reforestation CDM Project in South China's Red Soil Area——A Case Study of the Qinanyanzhou Ecological Experimental Station

摘要 基于千烟洲站1984年以来人工林长期植被和土壤碳储量的观测数据,结合目前市场交易的碳汇价格,推算所得经济效益;进而根据造林成本估算,进行成本效益分析,辨识该地区的林业碳汇潜力。研究结果表明:1984~2004年间千烟洲站人工林(生态林和经济林)固碳总量约15 994.28 tC,年均固碳量799.71 tC。同时,成本效益分析显示,过去20年经济林收益393.11×10^4美元,碳汇收益127.07×10^4美元。在该地区实施CDM造林再造林项目不仅可通过碳汇获得经济收益,还可通过种植的经济林获得农产品提供的经济收入。与此同时,植树造林活动改善了当地的生态环境,提高了农民的生活水平。因此,在我国南方红壤区实施CDM造林再造林项目具有较高的可行性,但实例研究中对CDM造林再造林项目的监测方法学的运用还存在一定的局限性,有待进一步深入和细化。 The potential of forestry carbon sequestration in the study area concluded according to the economic benefit of total carbon storage of afforestation was estimated based on analysis of man-made forest survey in Qianyanzhou Ecological Station(QYZES) since 1984,even the current price of carbon,cost estimate of planting and cost analysis benefits.The research shows that the past 20 years(from 1984 to 2004) in QYZES,the total carbon storage was about 15 994.28 tC,with an average annual storage of 799.71 tC.Even more,the project-benefit analysis shows that the incomes from economic forest and carbon storage were 3.93 million and 1.27 million dollars respectively in this area. The data hereinbefore reflects that the A/R CDM project can be implemented by carbon storage and economic forest for increasing incomes.Meanwhile,afforestation activities can not only improve the local ecological environment,but also improve the farmers′standard of living. Therefore,it has highly feasibility for implementing the A/R CDM project in Red Soils Area of South China.However,in the case study,there are still limitations to the applications of monitoring methodology in the A/R CDM project,and further research is needed in the future.
