老年脑血管病介入治疗的地位及进展 被引量：2

摘要 目前我国≥60岁的老年人口已经超过1．49亿，占总人口数的11％以上，我国人口年龄结构已开始进入老龄化阶段。老年人脑血管病的发病率、复发率、致残率和病死率均居高位，从而使脑血管病的防治成为目前三级预防的重点课题。神经介入治疗因其微创、安全的特点，成为老年脑血管病的重要治疗手段，现介绍如下。
