间充质干细胞移植修复心脏的研究进展

摘要 急性心肌梗死后心肌细胞丢失和心室重构是导致心力衰竭进展和临床死亡的主要原闪。间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植在心肌再生、修复心脏方面具有极大的潜能,我们就MSCs移植应用于修复心脏的研究进展作一综述。
