文章首先提出了互联网面临的QoS问题,以及QoS的评价指标,然后提出了QoS的3大服务模型,并且为此探讨了目前主要应用的DiffServ实施的机制,并讨论了几种QoS控制方式,最后对QoS的实施过程做了举例,并对目前的QoS实施做了评价。
The writer present several questions confront in today＇s Internet QoS, and the evaluation methods about QoS. Then the author propose the model of QoS （Best effort, DiffServ and IntServ） discussed on the implementation of the mechanism, and several QoS control method. Finally, the author provided example about QoS implementation, and gives the evaluation about it.
