摘要
对含不同Ce量(0.002%,0.015%,0.018%,0.020%,0.040%,0.051%,0.092%)的纯Fe试样和α-Fe标样进行了室温穆斯堡尔谱测量,经计算机解谱后,应用M·S理论分析了稀土元素Ce与Fe原子之间的交互作用。重点分析了稀土Ce原子对Fe原子核外电子密度和电场梯度的影响,根据穆斯堡尔参数化学位移(IS)和四极矩分离(QS)的变化,探讨了Ce原子在纯Fe中的存在状态和对Fe原子核的作用结果。
ossbauer spectra of pure iron samples, containing different amount of rare earth Ce(0.002%,0.015%,0.018%,0.020%,0.040%,0.051%,0.092%) and that of αFe sample were measured at room temperature. they were also fitted and dealt with in data by which the effect of rare earth Ce on spectra of pure Fe was studied.Experimental results indicate that Ce atom effects the pure iron on Mossbauer spectroscopy′s line height, line width and line area. The Isomer shift (IS) and Quadrupole splitting (QS) change in paraboly with the changing amount of R.E addition, and the extreme value of it is discovered appearing in range of 0.008-0.015 Ce at%. Analysis shows that the R.E Ce in Fe reduces the surrounding electron density of Fe and the Ce-Fe intermetallics are the main factors that effect M.S′S IS and QS.Probable reasons of the experimental results were discussed in the theory of interaction of Ce and Fe in this paper.
