Cultivation of Ideal Personality and Personality Accomplishment of Librarians

通过对中国传统文化以及中国古代成人道理的讨论,指出传统伦理观念中的"做事先做人"的理念对图书馆员的人格修养和图书馆管理具有现实指导意义。

Based on the discussion on Chinese traditional culture and the theory of Chinese ancient cultivation of ideal personality, this paper points out that the concept of ＂being a good person before doing a good job＂ in the traditional the moral conception possesses practical significance for personality accomplishment of librarians and the library management.
