石蜡制片是观察植物组织构造常用的制片方法之一。介绍了石蜡制片的取材、固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡、包埋、修块、切片、黏片、制片等步骤。
Paraffin sectioning is a common sectioning method for observing the plant＇s tissue structure. This paper introduces the procedures of paraffin sectioning, which include the materials drawing, fixing, dewatering, transparentizing,wax dipping, embedding, block correcting, slicing, die bonding and sectioning.
