In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and State Council attached great importance to the construction of Haixi Economic Zone and introduced a number of supporting measures. Being the largest commercial bank of China and of the world,ICBC carries the obligation and responsibility to assist speeding up Haixi Economic Zone’s construction.
