对检察机关自侦案件监督的几点思考

Reflections on the prosecution's supervision on self-detecting cases

检察机关对自侦案件的监督是多方面的,既有立案监督、诉讼监督,还有审判监督。笔者试从检察机关对自侦案件的立案监督及诉讼监督的现状,探究如何更好的发挥检察机关的自侦职能,确保自侦案件的侦办准确、高效,切实达到党和人民对检察机关反腐败的要求。

The prosecution＇s supervision on the self-detecting cases are various, there are not only register supervision, litigation supervision but also trial supervision. The author try to explore how the prosecution better play theself- detecting functions from the status of the prosecution＇s register and litigation supervision on the serf-detecting cases, to ensure the investigation of the self- detecting cases accurate, efficient and effective to achieve the requirements of the Party and the people to the prosecution on the anti-corruption.
