The rules of reviewing evidence refers to the criteria that must be followed in the collection of evidence, the applying of evidence, the verifying the evidence and the use of evidence. It is not the general principles and systems, but the scale can operate in the litigation practice. Criminal evidence has three basic characteristics of objectivity, legitimacy and relevance, which are the basis of formulating the rules of reviewing evidence.
