反垄断法视野下的中小企业保护分析

Analysis of protecting small and medium enterprises from the perspective of Anti-monopoly Law

中小企业在市场经济中占有重要的地位。反垄断法通过保护竞争,为中小企业的发展创造一个自由和公平的竞争环境,从而对中小企业的发展起到促进和保护作用。我国《反垄断法》需要在中小企业界定标准、中小企业垄断协议豁免的监督制度和反垄断集团诉讼制度等方面加以完善,以更好地维护中小企业的合法权益,推动市场经济的健康有序发展。

The small and medium enterprises played an important role in the market economy. Anti-monopoly Law, through protecting competition, create a free and fair competition environment for the development of small and medium enterprises, to promote and protect the development of small and medium enterprises. China＇s ＂anti-monopoly law＂ need to be improved in defining standards for small and medium enterprises, the supervision system of exemptinf monopoly agreement of small and medium enterprises and the litigation system of anti-monopoly group so as to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium enterprises, and promote the healthy and sequenced development of the market economy.
