目前来看,由美国次贷危机引发的金融危机使得全球经济增长势头放缓,我国房地产业在本轮的金融海啸中受到的冲击比较明显。在全国房地产市场普遍低迷的背景下,沈阳房地产市场却保持了相对平稳、健康的发展态势。本文试图通过探求目前这一现象产生的原因,进而预测金融危机背景下人民币持续升值对沈阳房地产市场的影响。

At present, the f＇mancial crisis triggered by the sub-loan crisis in the U. S. slow down the global economic growth. For the characteristics of solidarity with the people＇s livelihood, the impact on China＇s real estate industry in the current round of financial tsunami has been more pronounced. In the bachground of a general downturn of the national real estate market, the real estate market in Shenyang has maintained a relatively stable and healthy development. This article attempts to explore the current causes of this phenomenon, to forecast the impact of the continuing appreciation of RMB on Shenyang real estate market in the background of financial crisis.
