利用人体生物特征进行身份认证的生物识别技术因其自身的优势,在警务工作中具有广阔的应用价值,但在实践中存在认识不足、应用狭窄、研究缺乏、数据库建设缓慢等问题,进一步发挥生物识别技术在警务工作中的应用价值必须对这些问题加以改革完善。

The biometric technology by using human biological characteristics for authentication, for their own advantage, has broad application value in police work, but in practice there is some issues such as a sufficient understanding, the narrow application, lack of research, and slow database building, which must be reformed and improved to further play the application value of biometrics technology in police work.
