摘要
根据拖拉机车架结构的特点和工作条件建立了车架结构动态有限元分析模型,然后以田间实测载荷时间历程为输入,对拖拉机车架在不同工况下进行结构动态应力响应计算,计算结果与田间实测相吻合.最后给出车架结构等效应力分布和结构危险点位置,为进一步的研究工作奠定了良好的基础.
Acoording to the structural character and working condition, a tractor frame structure's dynamic FEM analysis model is founded. Then structural dynamic stress responses are computed under different operating modes. The model has been proved to be feasible. Equivalent stress distribution and dangerous position on the frame are shown, which lays a foundation for the next study on tractor frame.
