本文对可换式柴油滤清器的外壳模具工艺设计产生缺陷进行主要的描述，以及在调试过程中提出一些解决办法，为公司批量生产、废品率降低、产品质量得到进一步保证提供许多技术保证和实践理论知识。

This paper main describes the deficiencies generated during mold process design for the filter case and proposes some solutions during debugging process, through which a great deal of support, practical and theoretical knowledge are provided to implement batch production, reduce reject rate and further guarantee product quality.
