催化裂化干气中乙烯在不同催化剂上的低聚反应 被引量:5

摘要 根据3种乙烯聚合反应机制制备了多种催化剂,并用于催化裂化干气中乙烯的低聚反应,以考察不同反应机制催化剂的反应性能。结果表明:遵循正碳离子反应机制的酸性分子筛催化剂的反应性能优于二聚及复分解机制催化剂;HZSM-5催化剂具备合适的酸性和孔结构,具有较高的催化乙烯转化能力、反应活性和稳定性。 Catalytic conversion of ethylene in FCC dry gas was carried out using various solid catalysts based on three kinds of ethylene polymerization mechanisms. The performances of catalysts in different action mechanisms were researched. The results indicate that the acid zeolite catalysts following a carbenium mechanism show better performance than that of catalysts following dimerization and double decomposition mechanism. Both pore structure and acidity of the zeolite catalyst influence ethylene conversion and catalyst stability, and HZSM-5 exhibits the best conversion capability and satisfactory stability of the catalysts studied.
