摘要
考察了石油磺酸盐、聚合物及矿化度对与碱反应后的原油模拟油油水界面剪切黏度的影响,并通过正交试验分析了3种因素共存时对油水界面剪切黏度的影响。结果表明:石油磺酸盐使与碱反应后的模拟油油水界面剪切黏度降低,而聚合物的存在则使油水界面剪切黏度显著上升;降低矿化度有助于界面剪切黏度的上升,但其上升的程度比聚合物的要小得多;3种因素共存时,聚合物为非常显著性影响因子,矿化度及石油磺酸盐为非显著性影响因子。
The effects of petroleum sulfonate, polymer and salinity on the oil-water interracial shear viscosity of modeling crude oil treated with alkali were investigated. And orthogonal test was curried out to analyze the effect of each factor on the oil-water interracial shear viscosity when the three factors exist together. The results show that the petroleum sulfonate decrea- ses and the polymer increases the oil-water interfacial shear viscosity of the modeling crude oil. The reduce of salinity can make oil-water interfacial shear viscosity increase, and the effect of salinity is much less than that of polymer. Moreover, when the three factors exist together, polymer is the most prominent influence factor and the salinity and petroleum sulfonate are inapparent influence factors.
