循证医学在小儿腹泻见习教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)教育在国内外医学教育中日益普及。为了研究循证医学在小儿腹泻临床见习教学中的作用,武汉大学中南医院儿科学教研室选取2002级七年制临床医学专业60名学生作为研究对象,应用循证医学方法指导小儿腹泻临床见习教学。通过教学评估,循证医学组学生理论成绩、临床技能考核成绩和临床思维评定成绩明显高于传统教学组。循证医学组大多数学生对循证医学教学方法持肯定态度,学生的学习兴趣、分析问题和解决问题的能力有了很大提高。但是,在课程设计、教师的指导作用等方面还有待改进。 Evidence-based medicine (EBM)teaching is becoming popular in medical education. To elucidate the effects of EBM in teaching of diarrhea in pediatric clinical clerkship, a EBM trial on diarrhea was conducted among 60 medical students of 2002 grade of Wuhan University. We evaluated the effects by theory test, clinical skill examination, clinical thinking examination and questionnaire. The results showed that the average score of theory, clinical skill examination and clinical thinking examination of EBM group was higher than that of traditional group. Most students of EBM group approved the EBM teaching, the students'interests and abilities to analyze and solve problems improved greatly. However, how to design suitable course, to improve teachers' role need to be further explored.
