摘要
本文从医疗行业特殊性、教育模式改变、医疗市场竞争、医患矛盾四个方面对临床技能模拟教学产生的社会根源与现实基础进行了探讨,进而论述了模拟教学在临床教学中的作用与地位;同时指出,临床技能操作训练的应用范围还存在相当的局限性。
The authors discuss the social foundation and realistic basic of the simulate clinical skills teaching based on following four aspects, such as particularity of medical industry, change of education model, competition of medical market and conflict between doctors and patients. According to the points above, the authors discuss the effects and roles the simulate teaching plays, at the same time they point out the limitation of it in practice applications.
