摘要
20世纪90年代后期以来，在国内高校普遍扩大招生规模的形势下，医学院校也面临着学生数量急剧膨胀与教学资源相对不足所带来的矛盾。本文结合南方医科大学南方医院多年来外科手术学的教学实践，就扩招形势下如何提高外科手术学教学效率并保证教学质量进行了初步的探讨。
On the background of the recruitment scale expansion in China from 1990s, medical institutions are faced with the contradictions brought by rapid expansion of recruitment scale and relative shortage of education resources. Combined with our many years＇ surgery teaching experience, the article has a preliminary discussion on how to improve the efficiency of operative surgery teaching and ensure the quality of teaching.
