Practice on improving the cultivation quality of clinical medical postgraduates in nephrology

肾脏内科学专业硕士研究生是高层次临床医学人才的重要组成部分，提高其培养质量是研究生导师的重要责任。本文从重视基础理论学习、完善临床培养方案、强化创新能力培养、重视循证医学教学、鼓励研究生向SCI医学期刊投稿等方面介绍了研究生培养的实践。

The postgraduate students of nephrology are one of the important components of highleveled talents in clinical medicine; therefore, it is an important subject for the supervisors of master students to enhance the cultivation quality. This article introduces our experience in enhancing the cultivation quality, which mainly focuses on the following parts ： （1）concern to the learning of basic theories ; （2）perfect clinical training plan; （3）cultivation of creativity and originality; （4）stress on evidence-based medicine ; and（5）contribution papers of students＇ to medical journals of the SCI, etc.
