口腔正畸学专业研究生临床操作技能培训的评估与反思

The evaluation and introspection of the status quo of clinical training in Chinese orthodontic postgraduate program

本文结合全国口腔正畸学专业研究生优秀病例评比大赛的结果，对口腔正畸学专业研究生临床培训现状进行了评估，认为我国口腔正畸学专业研究生临床治疗的整体水平迅速提高，诊疗技术紧迫国际潮流，但治疗的规范性和临床操作基础训练仍有欠缺，并提出了相应的对策。

The paper evaluated the status quo of clinical training in Chinese orthodontic postgraduate program base on the result of the nation-wide open competition of superior medical case. The result showed that the whole treatment level of the orthodontic postgraduate was improved rapidly, and the treatment technique firmly grasped the latest international trends. But the normalization of the treatment and the basic training of clinical operation were still deficiency. The paper also put forward the relevant countermeasures.
