临床医学专业专科学生临床技能考试改革研究

The discussion in examination reform of clinical skills for medical students

为了加强实习学生临床技能训练，重视实习学生临床思维能力培养，平凉医学高等专科学校参考执业医师实践技能考试大纲和医学专科学校教学合格评估体系对学生职业能力测试的要求，针对2003级、2004级临床医学专业学生制定了7站式毕业考试方案。该方案既满足了实习学生临床实训要求，有利于加强学生实际操作技能训练和临床思维能力培养，又可以强化实训教学环节，检查教师的教学效果。

For improving the clinical skill of medical students a seven-station examination program for the students of 2002 and 2003 grades in Pingliang Medical College is set up according to the requirement of examination outline. It could not only be suit to the training requirement of clinical skills, but also benefit the evaluation of comprehensive thinking ability and the examination of the clinical skills. It also could benefit enhancing the clinical training of practical skills, creating clinical scene and promoting the learning effect.
