摘要
农业再保险法律制度的建立是促进我国农业保险持续健康发展的重要课题。美国等国家的农业再保险法律制度为我国建立农业再保险法律制度提供了可借鉴的成功经验。我国农业保险法应明确规定农业再保险及其适用范围、农业再保险的经营主体、农业再保险的交易规则和利益冲突规则。
Agriculture reinsurance legal system is to promote China＇s sustained and healthy development of agricultural insurance an important issue. The United States and other countries, the legal system of agriculture reinsurance for the reinsurance of building a legal system of＇ agriculture has provided the feasibility of the path. China＇s agricultural insurance should be clearly defined agricultural and scope of re-insurance, agriculture, tile main business of reinsurance, reinsurance of agricultural trade rules and the rules of conflict of interest.
