多层螺旋CT动脉期对肝海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值(附29例报告)

The diagnostic value of arterial phrase in hepatic scanning by multiple-slices spiral CT to cavernous hemangioma of liver

目的探讨多层螺旋CT动脉期对肝海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值。方法用GE Lightspeed16层螺旋CT,0.8 s螺旋扫描,扫描参数：120~140 kV,280 mA,层厚10 mm,间隔10 mm,螺距1.375。结果肝海绵状血管瘤在增强动脉期病灶边缘呈结节状强化。结论动脉期病灶边缘的结节状强化或点状强化对肝海绵状血管瘤有一定的诊断价值。

Objective To dieuss the diagnostic value of arterial phrase in hepatic scanning by muhiple-sliees spiral CT to cavernous hemangioma of liver. Methods GE lightspeed 16 slice CT, 120 - 140 kV,280mA, 10mm slice thickness, 10mm slice interval were adopted. Results The cavernous hemangioma of liver in arterial phase displayed the nodosity enhancement. Conclusion Arterial phrase in hepatic scanning by multiple-slices spiral CT is valuable for diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma of liver.
