3种抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响

目的探讨3种非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响。方法将270例精神分裂症患者随机分成3组,测定单药治疗前后8周空腹血糖和血清胰岛素及餐后2小时血糖和血清胰岛素。结果利培酮、阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮对糖代谢均有影响,其中空腹胰岛素和餐后2h血糖的改变有统计学意义。结论非典型抗精神病药物中利培酮、阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮对糖代谢均有影响。

Objective To study the influence of three Atypical antip sychotics on glucsevelamermetabolism in the treatment of schizophrenic patients.Methods Two hundred and sevent schizophrenic inpatients were divided into risperidone group or quetiapine group or aripiprazole group or ziprasidone group randomly, and then received only using drugs.Befor and after treaments for 8 week,the fasting blood glucose and the time-points of land 2 hour blood glucose,insulin were measured.Results All of risperidone,quetiapine,aripiprazole and ziprasidone effected on the glucose metabolism,the time-points of land 2 hour blood glucose and insulin changed significantly after using quetiapine.Conclusion Atypical antip sychotics effected on glucose metabolism in schizophrenics.
