摘要
目的探讨泌尿系结石的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法分析20个临床确诊为尿道结石患者的CT图像。结果20/20例有尿道高密度结石影,8/20例有肾盂、肾盏和输尿管扩张,2/20有肾周或输尿管周围条索状影,3/20例见环形征。结论泌尿系结石的CT表现具有特征性,具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the CT features of urinary tract stones and the diagnostic value of spiral CT in urinary tract stones. Methods To study the 20 cases with urinary tract stones which were final diagnosis. Results The 20 cases with urinary tract stones all had relatively high CT attenuation. Eight in the 20 cases with urinary tract were dilation. Two in the 20 cases had perinephic or periureteral strandings. Three in the 20 cases had ring sign. Conclusion The CT features of urinary tract stones are characteristic, and have important diagnostic value.
