老年股骨转子间及转子下骨折治疗方法及分析

目的探讨老年股骨转子间及转子下骨折治疗方法。方法总结本院1999年7月～2007年7月采用牵引、三根钉固定、外固定支架、加压滑动鹅头钉及伽玛钉等不同手段治疗的196例闭合性老年股骨转子间及转子下骨折病例资料,评价其疗效。结果所有病例随访不低于1年,骨折全部愈合,髋关节功能优良率牵引组与手术组无明显差异。结论对老年股骨转子间及转子下骨折,选择个体化治疗方案,可取得满意疗效。
